1.1 By accessing, using, browsing this site you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

2.1 Registration with this site is not required unless you wish to purchase anything from the shop.

3. The Contract Between Us

4. Governing Law

4.1 This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between parties.

5. Purchases

5.1 Many of the products are downloadable in pdf format. You will require a pdf reader to view these products. Many versions are available free of charge on the open market (e.g. Adobe).
On purchase you will be able to download such products from your account, ONCE only. You will need to allow popups on your browser. The products are for your personal use only and you may not resell or distribute such products to any other person or organisation. Multiple copies may not be made or printed. Schools, teaching establishments, tutoring groups must not make multiple copies, either electronic or paper copies of material or use a product more than once. Purchases not downloaded may be sent via email once purchased, either automatically or manually, on request. We track pdf by introducing minor errors in some tests in order to see who may have distributed the products. These are changed at specific times. We are happy to provide corrected questions, although this is not always required as errors are minor and obvious. We will provide alternative versions on request. Refunds will not be provided.

Please ensure your browser allows popups and ensure you save the pdf downloads to your computer. Do not close the pdf without saving them.

Products which are posted will be delivered within 28-days, unless otherwise stated and often much quicker. They are subject to stock availability. Should stock be unavailable, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided.

Some products are delivered by partners and you authorise us to pass on your details for the purpose of executing the order and delivery.

All sale are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations with a 14-day returns period.
For physical goods the purchaser is responsible for the return postage. Simply send us an email stating you wish to return them, so we can send you a cancellation form, and  return them to: 1 Poppyfield Court, Coventry. CV4 7HW.  Refunds for electronically delivered products are not available once they have been downloaded or sent via email as you already have use. If they have not been sent, or downloaded, send us an email to cancel and we can send a cancellation form. If you want to download something within 14 days of buying it, and do so then under the terms of puchase it will be taken you have given your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period. Once your download a product then you have possession a refund will not be provided.

Summary Rights to Cancel

• Your right to cancel an order for goods made from this website starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your physical goods and you are responsible for the return postage costs.
• Your right to cancel a service made from this site starts the moment you enter into the contract and lasts 14 days.
• If you want to download digital content or have it sent via email within the 14 day cancellation period you must agree to waive your cancellation rights.
  Downloading yourself will be deemed to be an agreement to waive cancellation rights.

6. Force Majeure

6.1 11plus.co.uk and Alpha-Tek Associates Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any defective to services that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

7. Viruses

7.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, a distributed denial-of-service attack, other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it. Please ensure your anti-virus application is kept up-to-date.

8. Acceptance of Terms.

By ticking the box accepting terms and conditions before purchase you agree you have provided your express consent to be sent any digital purchases and may download them immediately. You acknowledge that once the download starts or they are sent via email you will lose their right to cancel. If you do not accept you have provided express consent to these terms then do not complete the purchase and in any event do not download any
purchases.
